Winter comes to Virginia

From the National Weather Service:

“On Sunday and Sunday night… a stronger storm system is forecast to cross the mid Atlantic region. During this time… significant amounts of snow are expected to fall across the area. Periods of heavy snow will make travel difficult at best. It is too early to predict exact snowfall amounts at this time… but residents should be prepared for a significant winter storm.”

So much for traipsing out to wineries this weekend.
