Made it

October 5th, 2003

I’m here. The flight was 2 hours late, and I didn’t get a chance to get to bed until about 5:00am. Not great, but I’ll survive.

Beautiful hotel, expensive business center, though. Hopefully I can find a more reasonably priced location to post some.

Travelling again

October 2nd, 2003

Tomorrow evening I hit the road again for Ethiopia. I’m going to be in Addis Ababa exclusively for about a week. Internet connectivity is supposed to be pretty poor in the country, so I don’t know how regularly I’ll be able to post. I’ll be staying at the Sheraton, and if anyone has a business centre, I’m sure it’s the Sheraton.

As usual, I’m taking the camera along and will try to put up a picture or two here or there when I can.
