Two down, three to go

Not a lot to go into today. Training went on well, etc. All of us went out to a recommended restaurant and I had a great steak.

Also tried a dessert tonight that was new to me. It is “tres leches” (three milks), and is basically a cake that is soaked in condensed milk and frosted with whipped cream. There’s a third milk in there somewhere to give it its name. Eliceda, my colleague from Panama, is a trained chef and she promised me a recipe. It was gooooood.

Not much more to say tonight. Tomorrow is more of the same. Thursday we’re going to try to cut out a little early and as a group head out to one of the local markets to look for goodies.
